As a result we had several miscommunications regarding when we would meet to discuss their proposal/bid and to set up a time to have the work done. First worker to show up was unclear what he was tasked to do but that was quickly rectified. Overall, this contractor was very professional and the work was well done. We plan to use this contractor for future work and we have already recommended them to neighbors.”
